Although it remains cool, the weather stays dry and the dreaded descent
described in our guidebook isn't quite so dreadful. Even though we go
carefully, which does slow us a bit, we reach Molinaseca (the top of the page)
prepared to continue.
We loved this “village." Note the entering and leaving signs fit in one
photo.
We make it to Ponferrada, which has a fairly large municipal albergue so we
think it likely we'll get beds. We decide it's a good stopping point for the
day.
